There’s this lie going around that people with style were born with it. Well, maybe they were, but I found mine when I was digging through my closet putting together what I had, to come up with something I liked.
Style is born where the confines of resources and lifestyle are embraced. Anyone can pay a lot of money for clothes that look good. True style is personal, and it’s found by digging through what you own, using what you have, intentionally adding what you can, and ignoring what the world says is the actual recipe. It’s a little bit work, and a lot of play. And it’s worth it, because of the confidence you reap when you FEEL like yourself.
