Mrs. Emily became a Mrs. in 2004, about the time she went to school for fashion design.
From 2007-2015, she lived in Manhattan, spending time in and out of the fashion industry and doing a lot of soul searching about what she wanted her future in fashion to look like.
In 2011, Mrs. Emily added Mama to her resume and quickly found out how unimportant fashion was and also how absolutely necessary feeling beautiful was.
In 2015, Mrs. Emily relocated to Illinois, where she was born and raised. At the top of the list of reasons for relocation, was finding room in life to begin creating on a consistent basis.
In 2016, Mrs. Emily came to the realization that it's not women's fashion she adores, but the women themselves. The hard workers who struggle to balance careers and family and infinite other things. After Mrs. Emily noticed that feeling beautiful led to And with that, putting together a business plan was simple. Encourage women to do what they need to do.
