I bought a new machine 11 months ago. And for 11 months, I've been having problems with it. But yesterday, I was able to get a brand new machine, because it was under warranty and I put up a fuss. So grateful I've learned to advocate for myself. Time and again, it comes down to just how hard I can push. And how hard I can push is inextricably tied to confidence.
