Meet the Bangladesh Belt Bag
I designed the forever bag I've always wanted! My first manufacturing project, this bag was crafted at a fair trade workshop in Dhaka, Bangladesh, of full grain leather. In the process, I learned that much Italian leather actually comes from Bangladesh!
Made to fit over the waistband of my high waist skirts and pants, this bag plays just as nicely with jeans, and adjusts to fit crossbody. At 8" in diameter, it is big enough for a phone, with an inside pocket, and a double pull zipper.
After tinkering for months, I came up with the design for interchangeable belts with strong magnetic closures allow you to change up the look of your bag inexpensively.
